| Coaching Services Fees and Structure How does coaching work? Typical coaching consists of 4 phone sessions per month, at 35 minutes per session. All phone charges are included in your coaching fee, regardless of where you live. Also included is "e-mail coaching," as well as short phone calls between sessions, as needed. There will be occasional homework or exercises, but you decide how much or how little to take on. How long would you work as my coach? A typical coaching period is anywhere from 3-6 months. If you find that you've achieved your goals sooner than that, great! If you feel you need coaching beyond this time frame, I'm happy to continue coaching you for as long as you feel it is necessary. What is the cost? The investment for coaching is $200 per month. This includes the four, 35-minute phone sessions, unlimited e-mail coaching, and the short "update/follow-up" phone calls between sessions. Do you offer any guarantee? Yes, I do. If, after you've completed your first coaching session, you are not completely satisfied that coaching is for you, I will gladly refund your money in full. This is a one-time option which you may only exercise at the end of your first paid session. Please see the Frequently Asked Questions for further info.
