About ACR

Your Life Coach

Jason Stroming is the President and founder of ACR Personal Life Coaching, as well as Advanced Career Resources. He is a professional coach, with a passion for helping people to live richer, happier lives. His specialties include relationships, friends & family, career and job search, personal creativity, life skills, and personal development. With a background in psychology, human resources, and staffing, he brings a wealth of professional & personal experience to coaching. Over the years, he has been a coach & mentor to his employees, co-workers, friends, and acquaintances. This gives him a unique perspective, approach, and rapport with his clients.

He is a 10-year veteran of the staffing industry, working his way up from Assistant Recruiter to Branch Manager, supervising a staff of 6. He has helped countless people land the jobs they want, from entry-level positions such as receptionists and data entry clerks, right on up to senior accountants and Vice Presidents earning six-figure incomes. He has worked with such clients as MTV, Saatchi & Saatchi, Merrill Lynch, FedEx, AFTRA, CitiBank, The American Kennel Club, Bear Stearns, and many others.

In 2004, he started Advanced Career Resources, offering career coaching and résumé & cover letter writing services. In 2005, he left the staffing industry altogether to focus full-time on Advanced Career Resources, and to expand it to include personal life coaching as well, as ACR Life Coaching. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and The Coaching Hub, as well as the National Résumé Writers' Association and the Society for Human Resources Management. Jason is also a volunteer expert at AllExperts.com.

Jason is also a musician, writer and artist, and has his own home studio where he records music, paints, and writes. He lives on Staten Island, NY with his wife Jeannine, son Jake, and their dog, Belle.
